The comfort of the patient is always paramount, but speed of response and providing a suitably equipped aircraft are also vital to a successful mission. We believe that our true 24 hour service and our aeromedical information database allow us to give our clients a quick and accurate response and the peripheral support demanded.


 With the retained services of an Aeromedical Surgeon, JetAir has access to the highest levels of expertise in complicated cases and is able to provide specialised staff to accompany the flight as and when required.


We are also able to locate special medical equipment, for example neo-natal incubators and special traction units along with the staff to oversee their use. Additionally we can arrange and co-ordinate ground ambulances and admissions to certain hospitals.


For flights incoming to the UK, JetAir will, whenever practicable, provide a staff member to meet the flight and if the patient is unaccompanied will travel to the hospital and ensure that they have everything needed for their comfort and peace of mind. If the patient is accompanied we can assist with providing transportation and accommodation for family members.


Human Remains

 JetAir is also an experienced provider for the repatriation of human remains and the legal formalities associated. All cases are dealt with in a sensitive, discreet and sympathetic manner.
